I started reading the first few pages with my son, and it was so catchy we couldn’t stop, it completely drew us in.
The way emotions are explained is not only insightful but also incredibly relatable for both adults and young readers.
Having followed the author’s work in Intemotionnelle, I knew it would be good, but this book takes it to another level. I would definitely recommend it!

It’s a brilliant read, lots of visual words are used to help engage you and enable you to experience the change that the children are going through, whilst they explore their anxieties around the big change in their life. This insightful book is a valuable tool for children and adults as we navigate to understand and manage emotions. In a storytelling format with illustrations, it is fun and easy for young readers to understand.
As an adult I found a couple of gems in the book which resonate with my own continuous emotional development.
I highly recommend this book to everyone.
